As a clinical psychologist and the author of self help books, I firmly believe that the most important person in your life is “You”. It is YOU who chooses the life YOU wish to live. You are the architect of your own life. While outer circumstances do have their influences on us, it is you who decides how well you will take life’s challenges.
Each and every one of us has our down moments. We like to think that we have found ways to cope with them but sometimes life can really be hard and our usual coping methods seem unhelpful. There is nothing wrong with asking for help to regain your emotional wellbeing. There is nothing more important than you taking back control of your life. There is no time like the present nor is there a person more worthy than you to invest on.
Remember, you can run away from the whole world but you cannot run away from yourself. Be at peace with yourself, mind and body. Be in touch with your innermost feelings.
